"Management Accounting" Training

The main objective of the Management accounting training is to develop knowledge and understanding of accounting techniques to support the management of a company in planning, controlling and monitoring performance in a variety of business contexts. Accounting records tell a numerical story about how your business earns and spends money. Management accounting presents this information in ways that will be useful for making strategic decisions about Company's operations.

For example, management accounting answers such questions as:

• What is the company's average cost per unit of labor?
• How many dollars in sales does each marketing dollar bring in?
• What is the required rate of return to make a new investment worthwhile?
• Which activities require the greatest expenditures and which earn the greatest profits?
